[Postgres Sink] Connection via SSL not possible

    Description

      In some cases SSL connection to a database is required (e.g. for TimescaleDB).
      To support this the connection string has to be adapted.
      A UI element is added to manipulate the connection string based on the users choice.
      As this requires changes in the JDBCClient other SQL sinks have to be adapted as well, this will be done within STREAMPIPES-320.
