Description

The <pre> blocks in the overview-summary and tld-summary pages cause
inconsistent indentation and malformed URLs.

Removing the <pre> blocks from overview-summary.html.xsl and tld-
summary.html.xsl as discussed in the first half of this note [1] will fix this.
