Description

The decorator approach as used in
http://displaytag.sourceforge.net/tut_decorators.html#Column_Decorators appears
to be more powerful than the "format" and "formatKey" attribute in
http://struts.apache.org/userGuide/struts-bean.html#write.
Therefore, I suggest "decorator" should have precedence over "format" and
"formatKey".
Sure, one could create one's own taglibs for this, but that is so much more
complicated.

This might make STR-2387 obsolete as well.
