Description

The ChainAction does not support the use of a mapping parameter that specifies
the chain to load using the 'catalogName:chainName' convention. This issue could
be resolved by upgrading to a later build of commons chain that supports the
CatalogFactory.getCommand() method. However, the ChainAction would need to be
modified.
