Description

Using resources for a certain locale, Only the last resource properties file is
visible, I assume they overwrite eachother, instead of going to a hash.
I do not use the key attribute but:
<message-resources parameter="application" null="false"/>
<message-resources parameter="my" null="false"/>
<message-resources parameter="general" null="false"/>
<message-resources parameter="login" null="false"/>
