<pre> formatted code segments on maven-built documentation pages, such
as /docs/userGuide/building_controller.html

contain extra carriage returns between lines.

The struts.jsl contains this extra whitespace when it matches nodes that pass
through other rules. This proposed patch takes the whitespace out of those
latter matching rules, and is adapted from a similar patch to Maven's default
site.jsl
