Description
Current approach of finding maven local repository directory is sometimes non-deterministic when ".m2/repository" doesn't exist. Basically it relies on CWD, but sometimes we have seen odd path, like /tmp/hsperfdata_<account>, so users might have hard time to find and maintain the directory.
It would be better to provide an optional config to allow user specify maven local repository directory so that any arbitrary path provided by users which is readable/writable can be used to maven local repository directory.
