Description
The storm.cmd script has been removed from master, but it's still very difficult to work with on 1.x-branch, due to several deficiencies compared to storm.py. It is missing certain commands (pacemaker at least) and not setting some Java properties correctly (-DdaemonName and the Java classpath are set incorrectly). Rather than spending time fixing these issues, I'd like to deprecate storm.cmd in future 1.x releases and add the Powershell script as an alternative for Windows users.
