Replace invented namespace names (j.0 and j.1) by appropriate special prefixes for http://purl.org/dc/terms/ and http://fise.iks-project.eu/ontology/

This will improve readability and help during development and debugging.

Another reason to fix this:

While reading/writing the RDF produced by FISE using Jena I get this warning:

[main] WARN com.hp.hpl.jena.xmloutput.impl.BaseXMLWriter - Namespace prefix 'j.1' is reserved by Jena.
