Description

The Ontology Manager web POM defines:

<repository>
<id>stlab-cnr-repo</id>
<url>http://stlab.istc.cnr.it/software/maven/repo</url>
</repository>
</repositories>

This has to be removed and all artifacts need to be available via Maven central to be releasable.
