[STANBOL-479] Adapt existing Enhancement Engine to take advantage of the now supported Async Enhancement process

Description

The new EventJobManager supports Asynchronous calls to EnhancementEngines. However EnhancementEngines need to correctly use read/write locks on the processed ContentItem to support this.

Therefore current EnhancementEngines need to be adapted to support this.
