Description

The reasoners module would benefit from a suite of tests to check the REST services.
These tests can reuse methods from the stanbol commons testing framework and reflect the implementation of integrations tests (offline/light tests should be moved there, after reasoners is added to the full launcher). We can setup these tests with the kres launcher.
