DOMUtils class has nuclear clause license

    Description

      That class [1] says "Copyright 2002 Sun Microsystems, Inc. All rights reserved" with a non open-source license.

      If it was copied from somewhere, as opposed to being an original work of IKS contributors that was donated to Stanbol, we need to remove it.
