[STANBOL-1063] Default value for minExcludePosAnnotationProbability is incorrectly set to 0,1875 (0.75/4) instead of 0,375 (0.75/2)

Description

The default value for the minExcludePosAnnotationProbability is incorrectly set to 0.75/4=0,1875 instead of the 0.75/2=0,375.

This may prevent the fallback to the no-POS tag fallback (as defined by STANBOL-1049) to become activated. Something that typically happen for mentions of named Entities with Foreign Language Labels.
