Description

Currently one need secific rights to read and to write to the enhancements graph and anonymous doesn't have any rights on this graph. I think anonymous should have read rights on this graph. One way to achieve this is to assign he same permission requirements as for the content graph to the enhancement graph. I.e. to apply the same code as for the log-graph in the code generated by the statefull-webapp-archetype in SolrStoreImpl.
