Description

The CHANGES.md file was established in version 2.1.1 so for now it contains only its changes. Once we release the next version, we should consider splitting it into per-version file so it would be easier to navigate. We should see if we can use relative links in the markdown - e.g.:

* [Version 2.1.1](./doc/versions/2.1.1.MD)
* [Version 2.2.5](./doc/versions/2.1.5.MD)
etc...
