Allow excluding some tables from import-all-tables tools

    Description

      Currently tool import-all-tables will import all tables from given database. However sometimes user wants to import all tables except one or two. Thus I believe that it might be useful to add parameter with list of tables that will be excluded from the import-all-tables.
