[SQOOP-859] PostgreSQL: Test cases have hard coded username and password

Description

PostgreSQL test cases, files PostgresqlImportTest and PostgresqlExportTest have hard coded user name and password for the database. It would be great search for those two in properties and use the build in one only as a default option (very much like the jdbc url is being fetched right now.
