[SQOOP-2669] Sqoop2: Drop Links and Jobs servlet

Similarly as we've dropped ConnectorsServlet back in SQOOP-2544, I would like to propose dropping LinksServlet and JobsServlet. My reasoning is that those two servlets doesn't offer any new functionality - they are just exposing functionality already available in LinkServlet and JobServlet. From git/JIRA history it's not clear to me what was the reason to add them in the first place and hence I would prefer to have one public interface less to worry about.
