Sqoop2: Kite connector should use authority in link configuration

    Description

      Currently, the kite connector looks for HDFS host name and port. It makes more sense to provide "authority" so that the connector can build a proper URI internally for different kinds of schemas (HDFS, Hive, etc.) in Kite.
