Warn when HIVE_HOME and HBASE_HOME isn't set

    Description

      From joshwills on SQOOP-1779:

      When ACCUMULO_HOME isn't set, Sqoop gives a warning like:

      Warning: /opt/cloudera/parcels/CDH-5.2.0-1.cdh5.2.0.p0.36/bin/../lib/sqoop/../accumulo does not exist! Accumulo imports will fail.
      Please set $ACCUMULO_HOME to the root of your Accumulo installation.

      It seems like I should get the same warnings for HIVE_HOME and HBASE_HOME (or equivalent).
