Support to configure the column and record delimiter in Sqoop2 as per client requirement

    Description

      Currently, Sqoop2 does not support to configure the column and record delimiter for the input csv and defaults them to comma and new line respectively.Like Sqoop, there should be a way to allow the client to specify them via configuration in Sqoop2 as well.
