Description

Currently a lot of the functionality is embedded within various test cases inside the test package. I'm expecting that third party contributors building extensions for Sqoop (connectors or other future pieces) might be interested in reusing some of the provided test functionality, so I would like to move out all reusable code to the src package and made it easily reusable.
