Description

The sqoop.sh script executes 'java' directly in the shell. If $JAVA_HOME is set, it should be honored. This is especially applicable for Apache Bigtop, because the JDKs that are most frequently used in production are not distributed as packages by the OS vendor, and JAVA_HOME is relied upon very heavily.
