[SPOT-204] [OA] GRAPHQL Build issue

Description

I'm trying to enable GRAPHQL by following git doc
https://github.com/apache/incubator-spot/blob/SPOT-35_graphql_api/spot-oa/ui/README.md#developmentdebugging-process

As per the 2nd point, I Need to change SPOT_DEV var to 1
I did it by following command
$ export SPOT_DEV=1

After that I tried to run suspicious module by command
$ npm run watch-suspicious

But it got stuck after entering above command.. Logs are given below

spot@ip-10-0-0-90:~/incubator-spot/spot-oa/ui/flow$ sudo npm run watch-suspicious

Can anyone suggest "how to enable the GRAPHQL with Apache SPOT"
