Description

Currently spark-ec2 command cannot specify the root device configuration of master / worker instances.
The default spark-ec2 AMI uses "8 GiB standard (magnetic)" EBS as a root device.
In our usecase we want to use different type of volume (gp2) as standard (magnetic) volumes are charged by number of I/O requests which is difficult to estimate the budget.
