    Description

      We are moving the implementation of Streaming Query Listener from server to client. For clients already running client side listener, to prevent regression, we should add a config to let them decide what type of listener the user want to use.

       

      This is only added to 3.5.x published versions. For 4.0 and upwards we only use client side listener.
