Description

The first thing a user would try to do is run the command as documented:

sbin/start-history-server.sh

This will throw an exception, however, complaining that the logging directory is not set. We need two things: (1) a default logging directory that corresponds to what EventLoggingListener uses, and (2) a better landing page when there are no event logs found.
