Description

There is apache avro foss compliance issue in older version of avro, 1.8.2, this is resolved from1.10.0 but we needed newer version 1.11.0 to be support in spark, since spark is based on 1.8.2 and 1.11.0 has major changes with respect to java.time.* package, our manual change of version upgrade is not working.
