Description

There are many supported options for to_json and from_json (https://spark.apache.org/docs/latest/sql-data-sources-csv.html#data-source-option), but they are currently not tested.

We should test for options to `sql/core/src/test/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/CsvFunctionsSuite.scala`.
