Description

UT "test iterator invalidation (with spill)"  in `ExternalAppendOnlyUnsafeRowArraySuite`  is use to test `ConcurrentModificationException` scenarios,  this case will open 3 files wrapped by `NioBufferedFileInputStream` and the open files are not closed after this test.
