Description

Migrate the following errors in QueryParsingErrors:

• repetitiveWindowDefinitionError
• invalidWindowReferenceError
• cannotResolveWindowReferenceError

onto use error classes. Throw an implementation of SparkThrowable. Also write a test per every error in QueryParsingErrorsSuite.
