Description

Currently we install from specific revision

https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/3faced8b2ab922c2a3f25bdf393aa0511d87ccc8/.github/workflows/build_and_test.yml#L481

but a new version (1.9.3) was released today and we can update to PyPI.
