Description

Add ILIKE (case insensitive LIKE) to improve user experience with Spark SQL. Other DBMSs have the feature:

• Snowflake https://docs.snowflake.com/en/sql-reference/functions/ilike_any.html
• PostgreSQL https://www.postgresql.org/docs/12/functions-matching.html
