[SPARK-35562] Fix places about Yarn and Kubernetes in Cluster Overview and Submitting Applications pages

Description

Currently there are some places in the "Cluster Overview" doc page that are not mentioning Kubernetes, where Kubernetes is actually supported. Also there is a place in the "Submitting Applications" doc page, where it gives the user a sample spark-submit command for Yarn cluster manager, but that command is not runnable in bash.
