[SPARK-32860] Encoders::bean doc incorrectly states maps are not supported

Description

The documentation for the bean method in the Encoders class currently states:

collection types: only array and java.util.List currently, map support is in progress

But map support appears to work properly and has been available since 2.1.0 according to SPARK-16706.  Documentation should be updated to match what is / is not actually supported (Set, Queue, etc?).
