Description

Add benchmarks for the EXCEPTION rebase mode to DateTimeRebaseBenchmark. It is the default value of spark.sql.legacy.parquet.datetimeRebaseModeInWrite and spark.sql.legacy.parquet.datetimeRebaseModeInRead, and it would be nice to benchmark it as well.
