Description

The jar with classifier tests is delivered in the Spark distribution:

ls -1 spark-3.0.0-preview2-bin-hadoop2.7/jars/ | grep tests
spark-tags_2.12-3.0.0-preview2-tests.jar

Normally, test-jars should not be used for production.
