Description

Performance of date-time function can depend on the system JVM time zone or SQL config spark.sql.session.timeZone. To avoid any fluctuations of benchmarks results, the ticket aims to set a time zone explicitly in date-time benchmarks DateTimeBenchmark and DateTimeRebaseBenchmark.
