Description

When I use `ProcfsMetricsGetterSuite` testing, always throw out `java.lang.NullPointerException`. 

I think there is a problem with locating `new ProcfsMetricsGetter`, which will lead to `SparkEnv` not being initialized in time. 

This leads to `java.lang.NullPointerException` when the method is executed.
