[SPARK-27508] Reduce test time of HiveClientSuites

Description

The test time of HiveClientSuites on Jenkins is about 3.5 minutes.
The test suite itself is sometimes flaky.

I find that changing the default table from Managed table to External Table can fasten the tests, while the test scenarios are still covered.
