Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Scala API homepage.
2. Click "Source: package.scala"

Result:

The link leads to nonexistent page: https://github.com/apache/spark/tree/v2.3.0/Users/sameera/dev/spark/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/package.scala

Expected result:

The link leads to proper page:

https://github.com/apache/spark/tree/v2.3.0/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/package.scala
