Description

We assume in some places that the cluster domain is "cluster.local", which will lead to situations where people want to do something similar to https://github.com/apache-spark-on-k8s/spark/pull/593

Since we already assume kubernetes.default.svc is resolvable, we can do the same for the driver as well.
