[SPARK-20275] HistoryServer page shows incorrect complete date of inprogress apps

Description

The HistoryServer's incomplete page shows in-progress application's completed date as 1969-12-31 23:59:59, which is not meaningful and could be improved.

So instead of showing this date, here proposed to not display this column since it is not required for in-progress applications.
