[SPARK-19952] Remove specialized catalog related analysis exceptions

Description

We introduce catalog specific analysis exceptions (that extends AnalysisException) in Spark SQL. The problem with these are that they do not add much value, and that they are not well supported (for example in Pyspark). We should remove them, and use AnalysisException instead.

We should remove all the exceptions defined in NoSuchItemException.scala.
