Description

When trying to launch an ec2 cluster with the following:

```
./ec2/spark-ec2 -r us-west-2 -k mykey -i mykey.pem \
--hadoop-major-version=yarn \
--spot-price=1.0 \
-t c4.2xlarge -s 2 \
launch test-dato-yarn
```

None of the nodes had an ephemeral volume and the /mnt was mounted to the root 8G file-system.
