[SOLR-9984] Deprecate GenericHadoopAuthPlugin in favor of HadoopAuthPlugin

Description

In SOLR-9513, GenericHadoopAuthPlugin and HadoopAuthPlugin have both crept in by mistake. Since Solr 6.4 RC is already out, proposing to deprecate the former (and not documenting GenericHadoopAuthPlugin in the refguide at all). Discussion here [0].
