[SOLR-9923] Remove solr.http metric group and merge its metrics to solr.node group

Description

The components in the http metric group such as UpdateShardHandler and HttpShardHandler have both httpclient and thread pool metrics and it is awkward to see both in the "http" group. I propose to eliminate the http group and move its metrics into the node group.
