[SOLR-9201] New Solr Web UI does not work correctly if contextPath differs from /solr

Description

Solr Web UI Javascript file solr/webapp/web/js/angular/services.js uses hard coded /solr contextPath for resources.

Therefore new UI does not work correctly with contextPath other then /solr
(by example http://stackoverflow.com/questions/34772611/override-contextpath-on-solr-start-from-command-line)
