Description

There is a comment here in the solrconfig.xml file -

       solr.RAMDirectoryFactory is memory based, not
       persistent, and doesn't work with replication.

This is outdated after SOLR-3911 . I tried recovering a replica manually as well when they were using RAMDirectoryFactory and it worked just fine.

So we should just get rid of that comment from all the example configs shipped with solr.
